Eggless custard powder cake - A recipe which seemed very interesting, when I discovered this food blog. The cake turned out very well ! There seem to be a lot of interesting recipes on Divya's food blog.

Utbt, between an early brunch and late night dinner (hotel), it seemed okay to put in this effort for evening snacks :-)
