Presenting my Banana Walnut Loaf ! The sight of over ripe bananas lying in the corner of the kitchen plus the fact that it has been a while since I baked anything, gave me the baking itch today. I was not too bothered about the ingredients and their quantity. Just remembered the basic ingredients ratio and played with the batter ! It turned out a yummy banana cake.
